AJ Interior Tech was founded in 2020 in Hassan, Karnataka, with a revolutionary mission: bring world-class, ISO-certified interior design to every home — from budget-conscious families to luxury villa owners. Our founder, a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional, witnessed the interior design industry's persistent problems firsthand: unreliable contractors, hidden costs, poor quality materials, endless delays, and zero accountability. These pain points affected 73% of Indian homeowners, according to Livspace's 2024 market research.
The solution? Combine artistic excellence with engineering discipline. Apply ISO quality management systems and Six Sigma process optimization to interior design. Create an integrated design-build model with single-point accountability. In 2020, amid the global pandemic, we launched AJ Interior Tech with a bold promise: fixed pricing, guaranteed timelines, premium materials, and complete transparency.
AJ Interior Tech was established in Hassan. Successfully completed 12 residential projects, set up a design studio and small workshop, and focused on strengthening processes and long-term client relationships.
Expanded services to Mysore, Chickmagalur, and Sakleshpur. Completed 21 homes, introduced AR/VR visualization technology, and achieved a 4.5★ average Google rating.
Opened a 3,000 sq.ft in-house manufacturing facility in Hassan. Partnered with premium brands like Hettich, Blum, and Häfele. Completed 28 projects and launched eco-friendly interior solutions.
Implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (certification in progress). Achieved 100% on-time delivery with zero delays, completed 26 homes, reached a 4.8★ Google rating, and expanded to Mangalore and Bengaluru.
Opened a 3,500 sq.ft flagship Experience Center in Hassan. Delivered luxury villa projects worth ₹45+ Lakhs each, achieved a 79% referral client rate, launched budget-friendly packages from ₹3 Lakhs, and became Hassan’s #1 rated interior designer.
Final stage of ISO 9001:2015 certification. Expanding operations across all Karnataka districts, launching a smart home automation division, and targeting 150+ homes by year-end while maintaining a 100% on-time delivery record.
